ZF’s ACC programme demanded reliable, standards-compliant Adaptive AUTOSAR software at production quality. Contributions spanned multiple clusters, with the OTA pipeline being the most technically complex piece.

  • Developed Adaptive AUTOSAR software clusters: Diagnostics Communication Manager (DCM) per ISO 14229, Cryptography, and Update & Configuration Management (UCM).
  • Implemented the OTA client over SOME/IP and IPC, enabling secure, authenticated delivery of software packages to vehicle ECUs.
  • Developed secure flashing mechanisms to verify software authenticity and integrity prior to ECU write operations.

An early career test of depth over breadth: design a complete communication protocol stack from scratch while simultaneously building the user-facing HMI it would serve.
